A few of us were lucky enough to be able to attend a seminar tonight with a true martial arts legend. Bill 'Superfoot' Wallace was hosted by Warrior Taekwondo in Clonakilty for a rare seminar.
We were treated to some insight as to how he achieved his great success in the ring. Mr Dylan McSweeney, Mr Andrew Quinlan and Mr Joe Green were lucky enough to stand toe to toe with Bill, a memory I'm sure they'll cherish.
