Welcome back!!
We will have a class this Wednesday evening for teens and adults running from 7pm - 9pm.
We will also have a squad training session next Sunday 12pm - 1pm (Jan 10th) for those who are interested in competing in the upcoming tournaments at home and abroad.

The new schedule will come into effect from Monday the 11th. In an effort to vary the classes available on any given week we have decided to split the schedule in 2, week 1 (green week) and week 2 (blue week). As always member are welcome to attend as many classes as they can but this should help to vary the classes from one week to the next.
