Some Highlights:
-Classes added for Little Cubs (3-5yrs) - Mon & Wed from 6pm.
-Adults training after 8pm
-Blue to black belts kids class added on Sun Morning
-Fitness class for Non-members on Mon
-Yoga on Tues morn & evenings
-One to one training for new members added.
